Stephen Halligan

Stephen H. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance and Accounting at LANDING AI since January 2023 and as a Strategic Finance Consultant for Pique Interest since August 2019. Previously, Stephen co-founded Modularity and led the finance team, successfully raising $5M from angel investors and venture capitalists, and contributed to the development of a FinOps SaaS product. Other significant roles include working in corporate finance at Splunk, strategic finance at Zume Inc. supporting a $375M fundraising effort, and strategic finance lead at Anki where Stephen managed complex financial models. Stephen's early career includes valuation and economic analysis at Willamette Management Associates and teaching corporate finance at Oregon State University. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Oregon State University, along with studies at Lund University.
