Nina Brown

Nina Brown is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Zanbato since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of Managing Fund Controller at Carta from January 2023 to September 2025 and worked as a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG, focusing on tax practices for asset management and alternative investments. Nina has also operated as a Fractional CFO at Nina Brown CPA and served as a Private Equity Fund Controller for NLLC, collaborating with CPAs to manage private equity funds and associated services. Earlier experience includes managing accounting, finance, and compliance operations at Northwest Asset Management and performing tax preparation and consulting as a Tax Accountant at Hagen, Kurth, Perman & Co., P.S.
