Landing Locals
In vacation towns, the majority of houses are underutilized second homes. This limits rental supply, which drives up prices and pushes out locals. Many towns build affordable housing to help address this, but building can’t keep up with demand. Landing Locals adds additional housing now by converting second homes into seasonal or long-term rentals.
