Kevin Walters serves as the Director of Club Operations at The Landings Club since October 2018, initially joining as a consultant to assess the Club's $12 million food and beverage division before transitioning to a permanent role. In this capacity, Kevin is responsible for concept and menu development across five clubhouse restaurants and bars, in addition to managing banquets. Prior to this role, Kevin held several leadership positions, including President of Creative Energy Unlimited since November 2010, Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Breakers in Palm Beach from November 1994 to November 2010, Vice President of Catering at Restaurant Associates from 1993 to 1994, and Director of Catering at Boca Raton Resort and Club from 1986 to 1991.
