Michael Urban is an experienced culinary professional with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University. Currently an Assistant Cook at Landis Homes since December 2021, Michael has previously held several significant positions in the culinary field including TBT at GREENFIELD RESTAURANT from June 2005 to November 2015, where responsibilities included garde manger, sauté, pastry, and catering. Prior experience includes working as a Sous Chef at Keares Restaurant Group Gibraltar/Mulberry from March 2002 to June 2005, focusing on daily production and menu execution, as well as serving as a garde manger at Cafe Nuovo and Cafe Nuovo Providence, Rhode Island, from May 1996 to June 1998.
