Matthew Pierce

Matthew Pierce is a partner at Landis Rath & Cobb LLP since December 2016, specializing in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy law. In this role, Matthew represents a diverse range of clients, including debtors, creditors, lenders, and committees, throughout all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to this, Matthew served as an associate at Manion Gaynor & Manning LLP from February 2014 to December 2016. Matthew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Delaware Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
