Heather Smith, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather began their career in 1993 as an Accountant at White Rock Inc. and then worked as an Analyst at Grove Worldwide from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Structural Systems Inc. as an Assistant Controller before moving to The Manitowoc Company, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2004 to 2014 and later as a Lead Financial Analyst from 2014 to 2017. In 2010, Smith pursued their passion for dog training and became the Owner and Dog Trainer at All 4 Paws Dog Training. From 2012 to 2020, they were a Licensed STRONG Instructor at Zumba Fitness. Smith then transitioned back to the corporate world and joined Landis Solutions LLC in 2017 as a Plant Controller and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Heather is currently a Chief Financial Officer at D.L. Martin since September 2022.
Heather Smith holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Penn State University, completed from 1988 to 1992. Heather's education began at Chambersburg Senior High, where they completed their high school education in 1988.
