Kevin Portnoy

Kevin Portnoy is the current Head of Capital Markets at Landis. Kevin has held this position since August of 2020. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at FirstKey from September 2016 to August 2020. FirstKey is a Cerberus Capital Management portfolio company where Kevin was responsible for Residential, Commercial, and Consumer Whole Loan Trading.

From December 2014 to September 2016, Kevin was the Executive Vice President, Commercial Lending at PennyMac Commercial Real Estate Finance (PennyMac CREF). PennyMac CREF is a division of PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, a subsidiary of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) that focuses on the origination, servicing, financing and acquisition of small balance commercial and multifamily real estate loans between $1 and $10 million.

Before their time at PennyMac CREF, Kevin was the Director of Capital Markets at Capital Crossing Bank from June 2010 to December 2014. And before that, they served as the Managing Director at Sandler O'Neill from January 2009 to June 2010.

Kevin's career began as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers from February 2000 to November 2008.

Their manager is Tom Petit, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. Kevin Portnoy works with Jesse Tepedino - Head of Real Estate, Daniel Terc - Head of Design, and Amanda Cobos - Head of Marketing.
