Bryn Pane'e Burkhart

Bryn Pane'e Burkhart, PCC, Ed.M, is the Founder and Principal of Bright Evolution Leadership Coaching, LLC, where coaching focuses on enhancing engagement and effectiveness for leaders and teams. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Harvard Business School Executive Education, Bryn supports mid-career professionals in their leadership development. As an Institute Fellow at Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, Bryn develops programs that promote equity and gender parity in leadership. Additional experience includes a long tenure at MIT Sloan School of Management, where Bryn coached students and alumni in career transitions and oversaw alumni career services. Earlier roles encompass leadership coaching at Landit, admissions management at Babson College, and program management at the Fuqua School of Business. Bryn holds an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
