Ginger Featherstone

Ginger Featherstone, Ph.D., is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in the field of education and business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager and Contract Relations Specialist at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. since September 2023, and as a Leadership Coach at Upbeat (Education) since October 2023, Ginger focuses on utilizing data analytics to enhance school culture and boost teacher retention. In addition to these roles, Ginger holds adjunct professor positions at the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University, contributing to the academic community since August 2020 and January 2018, respectively. Previously, Ginger spent over 35 years with the Martin County School District, culminating in the role of Deputy Superintendent, and has held various leadership positions, including Principal and Director of Secondary Education. Ginger holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, a Master's in Educational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration, all from Florida Atlantic University.
