Maria Garton

Maria joined Signature in August 2018. She has significant experience in General Counsel roles, both in the US and globally, including eight years in the aviation sector. Prior to joining Signature, she was Director and Associate General Counsel, Global Transactions and Compliance for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Maria began her career working in corporate law and litigation in New York and Washington, D.C.. She joined Mubadala Development Company PJSC in 2010 as General Counsel for its Strata Manufacturing aerostructures manufacturing company and the Horizon International Flight Academy, based in Abu Dhabi, before joining Lockheed Martin as Associate General Counsel in 2015. Maria graduated in law from Columbia University.
