Saira Zaki

Saira Zaki is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Lion Australia since July 2012. Saira has held various senior legal roles within Lion, including Senior Legal Counsel for both Lion Group and Lion Australia, as well as Group Legal Counsel in Corporate and Asia Dairy and Corporate and Procurement sectors. Additionally, Saira has been the Company Secretary for Container Exchange Services since November 2018. Prior to these positions, Saira worked as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons from February 2007 to July 2012. Saira Zaki holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a BSC in IT from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia. Saira attended Pymble Ladies' College from 1993 to 2001.
