Aileen Baquiran

Aileen Baquiran has extensive work experience in various roles related to business operations, supply chain management, project and alliance management, and commercial services. Aileen is currently the VP of Business Operations at Landmark Bio since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Global Supply Chain and Business Operations at Orchard Therapeutics from 2019 to 2021. Aileen also served as the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain & Business Operations at Orchard Therapeutics from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Orchard Therapeutics, Aileen was the Sr. Director of Operations Alliance Management and Chief of Staff to COO at Coherus BioSciences from 2019 to 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Sr. Director of Project and Alliance Management at Dermira, Inc. Aileen also gained valuable experience at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Commercial Services from 2016 to 2018, Director of Project Management from 2012 to 2016, and Associate Director/Director of Supply Chain Management from 2007 to 2012. Aileen began their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as a Manager of Global Supply Chain (S&OP) from 2002 to 2007 and as a Supplier Quality Engineer from 1998 to 2000.

Aileen Baquiran completed their bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they pursued an MBA in General Management from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 2004. During their education, Aileen also participated in the Semester At Sea / ISE program in F97. Aileen has additional certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Johnson & Johnson and a Stanford Advanced Program Management Certificate from Stanford University.
