Jamie McGrath, SHRM-SCP

Jamie McGrath, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in various roles. Currently, McGrath serves as the People Operations Director (Head of People team) at Landmark Bio, a company that specializes in translating groundbreaking research into life-changing medicines. McGrath joined Landmark Bio in February 2022 and continues to contribute to the company's rapid progression of advanced therapies.

Prior to joining Landmark Bio, McGrath worked at Paytronix Systems from June 2011 to February 2022 as the Head of Human Resources. During this time, they played a key role in overseeing human resources operations and strategies for the company.

Before Paytronix Systems, McGrath served as an Administrative Assistant at Advocates from December 2009 to June 2011, where they provided administrative support to the organization.

Jamie McGrath, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Rhode Island, which was completed prior to 2009. In 2015, Jamie obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lasell University. Furthermore, Jamie has another Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Lasell University, but the specific years of this degree program are unknown.

In addition to the academic qualifications, Jamie McGrath also holds the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which was obtained in February 2020.
