Rediet Adugna

Rediet Adugna currently serves as the Lead Manufacturing Associate at Landmark Bio, having advanced from the role of Senior Manufacturing Associate since joining the company in July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Peer Tutor and Graduate Researcher at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where contributions involved conducting study sessions for calculus students and researching tissue regeneration techniques using silk-CNT fibers. As an undergraduate student researcher, Rediet focused on the biomechanical properties of decellularized extracellular matrix in heart tissue. Involvement in the National Society of Black Engineers included roles as Treasurer and Senator, while additional experience includes a Student Assistant position at the IIT Stuart School of Business. Rediet holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
