Arsen Sargsyan

Arsen Sargsyan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and treasury management. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Landmark Capital CJSC since July 2024, Sargsyan previously held the position of Chief Treasurer at Ardshinbank CJSC from August 2018 to July 2024. Prior roles include Head of Asset Liabilities Management Group at Ameriabank CJSC (2010-2018), Head of Treasury/Chief Dealer at CASCADEBANK CJSC (2001-2010), and Head of Foreign Exchange Deals & Plastic Cards Department/Bank’s Chief Treasurer at TrustBank (1999-2001). Sargsyan began a career at ARMECONOMBANK OJSC, where responsibilities included Foreign Exchange Deals Division Specialist, Head of Foreign Exchange Deals Division, and Senior Economist in City Department. Sargsyan holds a degree from Armenian State University of Economics, earned between September 1990 and June 1995.
