Robin Isnor

Robin Isnor has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Manager at The Gorsebrook Lounge, where they successfully managed a team and coordinated events. They then worked as a Human Resources Associate at Landmark Cinemas of Canada, assisting with safety procedures and recruitment. From 2014 to 2018, they held various roles at the University of Calgary, including HR Advisor and Senior HR Operations Administrator, where they maintained employee data and implemented policy changes. Currently, they are working at Landmark Cinemas Canada as the Director of People & Culture, responsible for recruitment, HR strategy alignment, and field support.

Robin Isnor graduated from Saint Mary's University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. During the same period, Robin also earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from Saint Mary's University. In 2020, they attended Cornell University for a course in Diversity and Inclusion for HR. Additionally, Robin has obtained The Working Mind: Workplace Mental Health and Wellness Employee Training certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada. They are also a CPHR Candidate.
