Sam Blumer

Sam Blumer is a Project Manager at Landmark Construction Company, Inc. since May 2021, with previous roles including Sitework Assistant Project Manager and GPS/Layout Foreman. Sam has been an active member of Chi Alpha Sigma - Athletic Honor Society and The Tau Beta Pi Association, Inc. since 2020 and 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer Intern at Hogan Construction Group from May 2018 to April 2021. Sam obtained a Master of Science in Project Management from The Citadel in December 2022, following a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the same institution in May 2021. Education began at Eastside High School, graduating in 2017.
