Jeffrey W. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jeffrey began their career as a Store Executive Intern at Target, where they gained experience in various store departments. Jeffrey then joined Eaton Corporation as a Human Resource Coordinator, supporting multiple locations and assisting with strategic HR objectives. Jeffrey later worked at Lauterbach Group as a Human Resource Manager, where they integrated HR into the strategic plan and revised compensation strategies.

Jeffrey then worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Experis (formerly Jefferson Wells), where they managed learning resources and facilitated trainings. Jeffrey also served as a Human Resource Generalist at Rexnord, where they supported various corporate groups and implemented HR policies.

Jeffrey subsequently joined Baird as a Talent Development Associate, where they consulted and partnered with HR teams to achieve firm objectives and developed department-specific solutions.

Jeffrey then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company, initially as a Senior Talent Generalist, managing various HR processes such as performance management, employee development, and surveys. Jeffrey also held the role of Senior HRIS Analyst, providing support for internal departments and ensuring data integrity.

After their time at Harley-Davidson, Jeffrey worked at Generac Power Systems as a Talent Program Manager, where they managed employee engagement surveys, HR vendor relationships, and business employee resource groups.

Most recently, Jeffrey joined Landmark Credit Union as a Human Resources Business Partner. Jeffrey is currently in this role, responsible for HR functions within the company.

Jeffrey W. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing & Human Resources from Marquette University in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources from the same university.
