Karlton Holston

Karlton Holston is the Senior Vice President of Digital Infrastructure where he is responsible for the, Asset Management, Property Management and Portfolio Strategy. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience including Data Centers, Office, Industrial , Medical and Development properties. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Holston was responsible for Mapletree’s portfolio of data centers in North America. During his time with Mapletree and Carter Validus, Mr. Holston was responsible for the Asset Management of over $4 billion in assets. During his career, he has been a key player in the acquisition and disposition of over $6 billion in assets.

His experience repositioning assets and negotiating lease deal gives him a unique advantage in maximizing the value of assets. Mr. Holston received a B.S. degree in Economics from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
