Anindyo Naskar

Anindyo Naskar is the Group Head of Learning & Development at Landmark Group, a position held since December 2007, where responsibilities include leading the retail learning portfolio across the Middle East and Levant, overseeing the Centre of Excellence for L&D, and managing the Learning Management System for 55,000 users. Previously, Anindyo served as the Learning and Development Manager, managing the entire learning cycle for over 1,400 employees across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Talent Transformation at Reliance Retail and Training Manager at Pioneer E Bizz. Anindyo holds a Global Masters in L&D Leadership from IE Business School, an LDP in Learning & Development from CIPD, a PGDMC in Mass Communications from Jadavpur University, and a BCom in Commerce from St. Xavier's College Calcutta.
