Chandramauli Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Change Management and Transformation at Landmark Group since October 2022, Chandramauli focuses on developing comprehensive strategies that align with organizational goals. Previously, as Manager of Digital Transformation Capability & Advisory at Accenture, Chandramauli led large-scale change initiatives, conducted impact assessments, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of engineering and digital changes. Academic qualifications include an M.Tech and M.Sc in Information Technology, along with a Post-Graduation Diploma in Computer Application and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Chandramauli has held pivotal roles in multiple organizations such as Nagarro, Optum, and Espire Infolabs, demonstrating a strong background in both technical and managerial capacities.
