Michael Everage

Michael Everage has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael most recently served as the Managing Director at Landmark Healthcare, Inc. in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company, including President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2003, Michael worked as a Venture Partner at Markpoint Venture Partners, and from 2001 to 2003, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at 2NDEDISON. Before that, they gained experience as a Private Equity Associate at Rocky Mountain Capital Partners and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Putnam Lovell NBF. Michael started their career as a General Ledger Accountant and Credit Representative at PEARL iZUMi in 1991 and later transitioned to being the Team Captain of Lift Operations at Keystone Ski Resort from 1989 to 1991.

Michael Everage graduated in 1994 from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance.
