Faraz Zaman

Mr. Zaman’s vast experience in strategic business management is valuable asset in our team. Mr. Zaman previously was heading the capital markets portfolio of Circle Capital and commands vast experience in investment structuring, private equity, business strategy, and venture capital. In 2004 he formed IBX Corporation, a full service outsourcing solution provider, which was acquired by a public company in 2008. He possesses well-rounded and extensive managerial experiences in various aspects of equity valuations, investment modeling, business strategy, expansion finance and institutional regeneration which he cultivated through his experience at the board level of many companies.
