Alex Katsnelson

Alex Katsnelson serves as the Senior Director of Investment Management at Landmark Properties, Inc., leading European Investment Management since August 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple positions at Harrison Street from August 2018 to August 2024, including Director, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Associate in International Transactions at a multi-national real estate private equity firm managing $50 billion in assets under management. Alex's career also includes experience as an Associate at Walton Street Capital from August 2014 to August 2018, as part of another multi-national real estate private equity firm with over $8.4 billion in commitments. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2009-2013) and completed the LEAD 1-Year Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from March 2023 to March 2024.
