Amanda Henningsen

Deputy General Counsel, Management Services at Landmark Properties, Inc.

Amanda Henningsen received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2013, where she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law (2010-2013), a Dean’s Ambassador (2010-2013), Student Bar Association Representative (2010-2011) and Vice President of the Law Republicans (2012-2013). She received both her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, and her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and the University of Georgia Competitive Cheerleading Team.

Prior to joining Landmark, Amanda practiced with Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP, where she regularly represented clients in a wide variety of general corporate and commercial transactions. Amanda also focused her practice onrepresenting buyers, sellers and lenders in the acquisition, financing and disposition of commercial real estate, including retail, multi-family, office and industrial properties.
