Courtney Redmond

Courtney M Redmond, CAPS, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Landmark Properties, Inc., a position held since August 2019. Previously, Courtney held the role of Regional Director at RISE: A Real Estate Company from April 2015 to September 2018, overseeing a diverse portfolio across several states. Prior experience includes Community & Retail Manager at Landmark Properties/Perennial Properties, where Courtney significantly enhanced brand presence and maintained high occupancy rates. A background in marketing and leasing was established as Regional Leasing & Marketing at GMH Capital Partners, which encompassed marketing coordination for multiple student housing communities, along with early roles at Capstone Companies. Courtney earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Auburn University.
