Eric Leath

Eric joined Landmark Properties as a Development Manager in 2018. His primary responsibilities include assisting senior developers with identifying and underwriting investment opportunities, managing the development process, securing financing and ensuring delivery.

Prior to joining Landmark, Eric worked for Anthony Property Group in Raleigh, NC on acquisitions and development of conventional multifamily and light-industrial properties. Eric also has experience in the student housing sector with Corvias Campus Living.

Eric attended North Carolina State University graduating with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration. He has an M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
