Mandi Christensen is a seasoned professional in learning and development with a proven track record in various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Chewy since September 2018. Mandi oversees the learning and development efforts for Chewy Vet Care and has managed large teams focused on leadership development, onboarding, instructional design, and project management within customer service. Prior experience includes managing learning design and development at RITE AID and leading training initiatives for multiple brands within the Inactive Page organization, where noteworthy achievements include significant improvements in training satisfaction and turnover rates.
