Rob Dinwiddie

Rob joined Landmark in fall of 2012 and jointly oversees Landmark’s property operations with a focus on marketing and leasing oversight. Under his leadership Landmark has stabilized over 35 new development lease-ups and the Landmark portfolio has grown from ~7,000 beds under management in 2012 to over 45,000 beds under management in 2021.

Prior to his time with Landmark, Rob started working in the off-campus student housing sector with American Campus Communities. After working in on-site property operations based in Athens Georgia, Rob became a Director of Strategic Marketing and, later, a Director of Digital Marketing providing leasing and marketing support across the American Campus portfolio.

Rob is a native of Monroe, Georgia and received a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia. Rob serves as Board Chairman for the Clarke County Mentor Program and is an active mentor in the Athens community.
