Sara Maxwell

Sara has been in the property management industry for the past 14 years, with a 10-year focus in student housing. Prior to joining Landmark, Sara worked for Campus Crest Group in various position ranging from new construction General Manager to Regional Manager. Sara spent two years of her career working for regional 3rd party management companies implementing their student housing programs.

Sara holds a CAPs designation through NAA. She is skilled in student housing program development, marketing & leasing, operations and budgeting/financials. She has experience with new construction and renovation lease-ups, as well as managing stable and distressed properties. Sara has managed properties nationwide.

In 2008, Sara received her Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in Marketing from Ball State University, and subsequently in 2009 completed a Master’s of Arts in Residential Property Management.
