Brad Beacham

Brad Beacham is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Broker with Landmark Sotheby's International Realty since December 2022. Prior to this role, Brad worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Outer Banks from April 2022 to December 2022, and spent a significant portion of a career as a Real Estate Sales Professional at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty from January 2000 to April 2022. Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1998.
