Ann Lineweaver

Ann Lineweaver is an accomplished professional in customer excellence and sales, currently serving as the Customer Excellence Director at Land O'Lakes, Inc., since March 2025, where leadership encompasses the Purina Inside Sales & Customer Operations. Lineweaver has also been a Rodan + Fields Consultant since August 2017 and has held various roles at WinField United from March 2019 to March 2025, including Sales Enablement & Customer Development Director and Customer Development Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Market Contact Leader at Beck Ag, Inc. from 2014 to February 2019. Ann Lineweaver earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas between 1990 and 1994.
