Jim Fleming is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in various roles throughout the supply chain and operations sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Strategic Operations Director at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since October 2021, Fleming previously held key positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Hardware Hank and Volpi Foods, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Foremost Farms USA. With a solid foundation built at Dairy Farmers of America as Vice President of Operations, and prior experience in diverse operations roles at Land O'Lakes, Inc., Fleming also brings prior expertise from International Paper as Cost Accounting Manager and from military service in the United States Air Force. Jim Fleming holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Wright State University, completing the degree between 1991 and 1994.
