Mary Hines

Mary (Katie) Hines is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs. Since May 2014, Mary has served as the Manager of Learning and Development at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where responsibilities include assessing organizational learning needs and leading diverse training initiatives based on adult learning principles. Prior experience at Target includes roles such as Business Process Consultant, where Mary implemented a mobile learning strategy, and various training and leadership roles that enhanced employee relations training. Additionally, Mary's background includes a position as Training Manager at Gateway and foundational experience as a Sales Rep Assistant at OPM. Mary holds a Master's degree in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Music Education from Gustavus Adolphus College.
