Eric Shiendling

Eric Shiendling is an experienced builder currently working at Landon Homes since November 2014. Prior to this role, Eric served as a project manager at JWB Real Estate Capital from January 2012 to July 2014, where responsibilities included managing new construction homes, overseeing contractors, and handling invoicing. Earlier experience includes working as an estimating assistant at Sauer Incorporated and as a bartender at Cafe Andiamo. Eric began a career in landscaping in 2001 as a landscape assistant at Mariah's Landscape. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida, attained in 2011.
