Karina Gershowitz is a seasoned professional in the performing arts field, currently serving as Chair of the Performing Arts department and Director of Theatrical Arts at Landon School since August 2017. Prior to this role, Karina was an Upper School Theatre and Dance Teacher at Connelly School of the Holy Child from August 2013 to August 2017 and held various marketing positions at Camp Tall Timbers from 2004 to 2013, where responsibilities included analyzing market data and implementing marketing plans. As a self-employed actor from 2007 to 2010, Karina showcased talents in acting, dancing, and choreography. Additional experience includes teaching dance and drama at Curtain Up Theatre Company, leading promotions and sales at REL Marketing, and serving as a lecturer on Acting, Movement, and Speech at Bath Spa University after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts - Acting. Educational background also includes a BTEC in Visual and Performing Arts from William Palmer College.
