Torsten Langwost-Walter

Torsten Langwost-Walter has a strong background in purchasing and sourcing. Torsten is currently the Head of Purchasing at Landqart AG since March 2017. Prior to this, they worked at H.B. Fuller for over 20 years in various roles, including Director ERP Procurement, Sourcing Director EIMEA, Group Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Business Link between Purchasing and IT Function, Manager Technical Knowledge System, and Logistics Manager. Before joining H.B. Fuller, they were a Trainee at H.B. Fuller Deutschland GmbH, where they gained experience in management rotations. Torsten also worked as a Research Assistant at GBF Gesellschaft für Biotechnologische Forschung from 1990 to 1994. Throughout their career, Torsten has demonstrated expertise in global procurement and implementing systems and processes.

Torsten Langwost-Walter began their education in 1984 at Technische Universität Braunschweig, where they pursued a degree in Chemistry. Torsten completed their studies in 1990, earning a Diplom Chemiker. Later, in 1987, Torsten attended the University of Utah, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry in 1988.
