Landscape Development
Mary Grosswendt-Perdue has over 35 years of experience in the landscape industry, with a strong background in business development and sales. Currently serving as the Business Development professional at Landscape Development, Inc. since October 2018, Mary has previously held significant roles at GMS as both Business Development Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Additional experience includes positions at Oakridge Landscape, ValleyCrest Landscape, and Heritage Landscape, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relationships across various sectors, including architecture and land development. Mary also explored the fashion industry as an Independent Stylist for Winnie & Kat from February 2013 to July 2015. Education was completed at Chaminade College Preparatory High School.
