Frank H Vial has a wealth of experience in the business and creative fields. frank h began their career in 1998 as an European Account Supervisor for marchFIRST, Europe (formerly USWeb/CKS). In 2000, they moved to Dentsu as a Senior Account Manager. In 2002, they co-founded wildsource: Singapore. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Landor as a Director of Brand Strategy and Senior Brand Consultant responsible for business development, brand strategy development, and client management across South-East Asia and India. In 2011, they joined flux21 as a Creative Strategist. In 2012, they started working for swissnex San Francisco as a Startup Mentor. In 2015, they became the Head of Brand & Marketing at Polyera. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as the Director of Strategy for Landscape.

Frank H Vial has a varied educational background. frank h obtained their Master of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 1994 and 1998.
