Adrienne Peters

Adrienne Peters has four years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Product Manager/QA Analyst at LandscapeHub. From 2016-2019, they were a Risk Analyst at Braintree. From 2012-2016, they were a Product Analyst and Fundraising Coach at GiveForward, where they offered empathetic 1:1 support to users, advised on topics like fundraising advice, taxation/benefit impact, and provided guidance on making the most of the product. Adrienne also trained new customer support reps, managed the relationship with the payment processor, managed the CRM tool workflow and integrations, resolved elevated customer service cases, created administrative processes, assisted with internal communication, and contributed to the blog and support center. Prior to that, from 2009-2012, they were the Properties Master at Lake Forest College.

Adrienne Peters attended Lake Forest College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English - Creative Writing. In 2010, they studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Granada. From 2012 to 2015, they attended The Second City, where they studied Comedy Writing/Improvisation. In 2015, they attended a Railsbridge Workshop. In 2017, they attended General Assembly to study Data Analytics.
