Ty Arndt

For purposes of control, coordination and continuity, Ty will manage the project from the pre-bid to job close out. He will visit the project frequently, helping the crews achieve cost and schedule objectives as well as handling challenges that may arise during the construction process. This will include but is not limited to; schedule management, budget and quality of work monitoring, participation in weekly monitoring and updating.

Mr. Arndt has been with Landscapes Unlimited for over 27 years. He has worked his way through the ranks from Foreman to Manager Construction - International spending six years as a Project Superintendent, six years as Project Manager, five years as the Regional Project Manager for the Rocky Mountain Region, Pacific Northwest and Midwest Regions of the United States, two years as the Operations Manager and two years as the International Construction Manager.

Mr. Arndt has a thorough knowledge of both field techniques involved in golf course and athletic field construction as well as has managed various types of delivery contracts such as Cost Plus, Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build (Hard Bid) and CMR. Ty has expertise in cost estimating, project scheduling and overall project execution. Whether working in the field or overseeing Construction, Irrigation and Landscape Project Managers & Superintendents, Ty brings hands on expertise and experience contributing to Landscapes Unlimited’s overall success.
