Brittany Roden

Brittany Roden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Brittany began their career at Penske Automotive Group in 2011 as a Sales Administration & Human Resources employee. In 2015, they transitioned to Landsea Homes, where they held various positions including Human Resources & Office Management from 2015 to 2019, Sales & Marketing from 2019 to 2020, Chief of Staff from 2020 to 2022, and Director of Human Resources from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources - Homebuilding Operations at Landsea Homes.

Brittany Roden completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Human Resources Certification from California State University, Fullerton.
