Cody Holder

Cody Holder is an experienced professional in construction management and sales, currently serving as a Superintendent at Landsea Homes since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cody was a Lead Construction Manager at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. from March 2020 to July 2023. Cody also has a diverse background as a Sports Referee with the Texas Association of Sports Officials since August 2014, and held positions in sales at Google and Bose Corporation. Cody began the career journey in food service at Buffalo Wild Wings and Smoothie King. Cody holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Advertising, Mass Communication, and Psychology from Texas State University, obtained in 2016.
