Gail Paderes

Gail Paderes, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gail started their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager from December 2005 to February 2011. Gail then worked as an Assistant Controller at Sungevity from May 2011 to August 2012. Paderes then joined Autodesk as a Finance Manager from September 2012 to June 2014. Gail continued their career at McKesson as a Senior Accounting Manager from July 2014 to December 2015. Paderes then moved to Lennar, where they worked as the Assistant Controller for the Bay Area from May 2016 to August 2021. Currently, they are the Division Controller at Landsea Homes since August 2021, and they were promoted to the role of VP, Division Controller in March 2023.
