Andrew Rawlings has a strong background in portfolio management and property consultancy. Andrew started their career in 1990 at Bidwells, where they served as the Head of Valuation and Landlord and Tenant department from 1994 to 1996. In this role, they provided valuation services and property advice in the Eastern Region, including completing portfolio valuations for the Letchworth Heritage Foundation.

In 1999, Rawlings joined Tops Estates PLC as a Research & Analysis (Portfolio Manager), working closely with the chairman and CEO on nine centers and high street units. Andrew was responsible for managing the rental profile across the portfolio, asset management on three centers, and monitoring performance to drive cash flow.

Since 2005, Rawlings has been working at Land Securities as a Senior Portfolio Manager. In this role, they specialize in repositioning, refurbishing, and redeveloping schemes through retail mix, mixed-use, and more efficient use of space within centers. Andrew is currently responsible for three centers in London Suburbs: O2 Finchley Road, Lewisham, and West 12 at Shepherds Bush.

Andrew Rawlings attended Stansted Mountfichet from 1978 to 1983. Following this, they enrolled at Herts and Essex High School from 1983 to 1985. Finally, they attended the University of Westminster from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban Estate Management.
