David Wickens

David Wickens has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and facilities management industry. David started their career at Fiat Group as the National General Services Manager, where they managed the daily operations of commercial offices and warehouses nationwide. David also project-managed refurbishments and oversaw both hard and soft services.

Wickens then joined DTZ, where they held multiple roles, including Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, and Associate Director. In these positions, they managed facilities for investment and development properties, implemented risk management processes, and developed strategic relationships with clients.

Since 2013, Wickens has been working at Landsec, one of the UK's largest commercial property development and investment companies. David started as an Estate Manager, responsible for integrating prime office buildings into management and implementing innovative customer service practices. David then became the Strategic Workspace Director, leading the development and implementation of strategies to adapt Landsec's workspaces to meet customer needs. Following that, they served as the Operations Director, overseeing the operational delivery of Landsec's Central London Portfolio. Currently, they are the Head of Workplace Operations, responsible for leading workplace operations across multiple customer propositions.
