Julian Greenhalgh

Julian Greenhalgh has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Julian is currently working as a Development Manager at Landsec since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate from April 2017 to July 2020. Before that, Julian served as a Senior Investment and Development Surveyor at Soho Estates Limited from September 2012 to April 2017. Julian started their career at Gerald Eve as an Associate in September 2005, where they worked until August 2012.

Julian Greenhalgh completed their BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Southampton, between 1999 and 2002. Julian then pursued an MA in European Real Estate from Kingston University, from 2004 to 2005. Prior to their university education, they attended Eton College from 1993 to 1998, and Bilton Grange from 1988 to 1993.
