Kate Bolckova

Kate Bolckova is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Landsec since June 2019. In this role, Kate develops and implements talent acquisition strategies, manages the recruitment process, collaborates with hiring managers, and negotiates contracts with new hires. Prior to Landsec, Kate held roles as a Recruitment Partner and Senior Resourcing Partner at Pertemps Network Group, where responsibilities included filling temporary and permanent positions and managing client relationships. Kate began a career in recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at THOMAS Recruitment Group, focusing on candidate screening and database management. Kate holds a degree in Medical Nursing from Medical School in the Czech Republic.
