Kristjan Johannesson

Kristjan Johannesson is an experienced radiographer with a career spanning several roles in various esteemed institutions since 1995. Currently serving as a Radiographer at Landspitali University Hospital since October 2017, Kristjan has previously held positions as an MRI Radiographer at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, Bassetlaw District General Hospital, and Globe Locums, with extensive experience in general and neuro MRI. Prior to these roles, Kristjan contributed as a Senior Neuroradiographer at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on neuroimaging, and worked as a Bank Radiographer at General Healthcare Group, performing diverse MRI scans. Additionally, experience at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging involved conducting functional and anatomical neurological scans. Kristjan holds a BSc in Radiologic Technology/Science from The Icelandic School of Technology and Engineering and a High School Diploma in Physics from Menntaskolinn vid Sund.
